The Sovereign Plaza (now Santander) Reading, Pennsylvania

The Sovereign Plaza is a high profile office building that was completely renovated for Sovereign Bank (now Santander) and the City of Reading, Pennsylvania. Consolidated Engineers designed the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems for this project. Exterior building accent lighting was designed toaccentuate the building’s architectural features. A full-building emergency back-up power system allows the entire facility to operate during a power outage. The building’s data center is fully integrated with the building control center. The building is also protected with a complete fire alarm, fire protection and security systems.
